Some strange pages

I've bought some wordpress blog themes from themeforest before and then I discovered a few quite interesting pages, such as this one: https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress/?term=a+little+vid+from+last+week As you can tell there are no themes on that topic yet still the page exists - with a heading and some content, etc. What exactly are they trying to do? And why would they even try? I'm puzzled.
